Here at First Lithonia Medical Center our team believes, prevention is better than the cure. That’s why we offer care for women, with the primary goal of protecting and improving your health.
USCIS
Our clinic offers USCIS-designated immigration medical exams, performed by a certified civil surgeon. We provide required vaccinations, lab tests and complete documentation to meet USCIS guidelines.
Pediatric Health

Unlike many other primary care provider offices, our practice was built to be a part of your family. We care more! Our practice offers extended hours, walk-ins, Saturday appointments and same-day appointments. Whether it’s your annual check-up, managing your medications, or an urgent issue, our providers will give you the quality care you deserve. As a family operated primary care office, we truly value family first.

Are you currently accepting new patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. We offer this for new patients:
✓ Same-day appointments
✓ Walk-ins
✓ Saturday appointments
✓ Next day appointments
I don’t have insurance, how much will my visit cost?
For new patients the cost of a visit is $225 for new patients and $175 for established patients. Virtual visits are a flat rate of $110 for new and established patients. **Note: The cost of these visits do not include lab work. Separate pricing applies.
How often should I have a comprehensive physical?
The providers at First Lithonia Medical Center highly encourage our patients to complete a comprehensive physical once a year. Most insurances offer a FREE annual physical. This is a health benefit that is 100% covered, so why not take advantage of it?
